Open Enrollment for kindergarten begins January 1, 2025.
Open enrollment for 1st through 8th grades begins March 3, 2025 Enrollment documents are timed stamped- first come, first serve.
For students currently enrolled, re-enrollment begins February 1, 2025. To preserve your child’s spot, re-enrollment paperwork must be complete by March 1, 2025.
Spaces available for the upcoming year begin to be awarded in the following priority on March 3:
• Siblings of currently enrolled students
• Children of school employees
• Open enrollment applicants March 3, 2025

Submit K-8th Enrollment Form - New Family
For school year 2025-2026 download the paper documents (click here) and submit at the front desk or email to info@pineforestschool.org
Please call the front desk at 928-779-9880 if you need support in filling out the forms.
Administration will contact parents or guardians as soon as the enrollment forms are complete. Please feel free to call at anytime for questions or support.

Re-Enrollment Form School Year 2025/2026
Use this form if your child has been enrolled at Pine Forest and will continue in 25/26 school year. (click here). Due no later than March 1, 2025. Open spaces will be filled by new applicants beginning March 3, 2025.

Hours are from 2:50PM to 5:30PM
$7 per hour
